Q: How will my item/s be packaged?

A: Each piece you order will be ready to give as a gift. It will be placed in an organza bag or a box with a ribbon (if you would specifically prefer a box/bag please drop me an email: madisonhoneyvintage@hotmail.co.uk)

When buying more than one thing, they will be packaged separately, let me know if you would like to save and have it all in one box/bag!

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: We ship within 2 business days (or less!) of your order being placed. Within the UK you should receive your order within 2-3 business days.

For orders outside the UK I use standard airmail shipping. Please allow approximately a week for delivery within Europe and 2 weeks for the rest of the world (up to 30 days).

If you are in a real hurry to receive your order, email me madisonhoneyvintage@hotmail.co.uk and I will do my best to help!

Please note that occasionally after doing a show my stock may not have been fully updated, and it may end up that an item you buy is out of stock. If this happens, I will let you know straight away and will be happy to swap it for a different design or give you a full refund.

Q: Can I buy your jewellery anywhere other than from your website?
Yes, I take part in various shows, mainly in Brighton, UK, where I sell all of my collections. A lot of designs aren't online, so come along and grab a design no-one else will have! You can find my upcoming events on the 'Events' section of my website.

Q:How do I care for my jewellery?
A: Many of the items are vintage and quite delicate so please take care when you wear them. It is not advisable to get my jewellery wet, to sleep in it or to get perfume or a lot of sunlight into contact with it, as these things may make the metals start to discolour, as the jewellery is costume jewellery. Some of the pendants are made of brass, so will naturally get a little darker over time. Some people like this effect, but if not you can use Brasso to make it more shiny.

Also, though I try to make our photography as accurate in colour as possible, please note that colours of the items listed may vary on different computer monitors.

Q: Do you offer to wholesale buyers?
A: Yes! Please contact me via the wholesale page and I will send you my current wholesale catalogue.

Q: Are you taking custom orders?
A: Yes, please email me if you are looking for something that isn't on my site. Custom orders can take up to 4 weeks to make.

Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
A: I hope you love the jewellery I make! But if you have any problems, let me know as soon as possible. You can send a piece back and exchange it for a new one (I will amend differences in price via a Paypal invoice/refund).

Any product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged within 14 days of having received the order. Your Paypal order confirmation will be your receipt. In the case of damaged or faulty goods, return the item to be repaired or replaced at no cost to you (the cost of shipping will be refunded to you via paypal.  In the case of damaged or faulty one of a kind pieces the cost of the item will be refunded. Unfortunately for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
